Dangerous pavement obstruction and hazard for cyclists.

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 23:21, Mon 18 September 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5007996.

Van in Chelsea Road unloading blocking pavement entirely. (Northbound on the western pavement, just downhill from HUGS charity shop, at 10.55 am). This is a daily occurrence, multiple times. I was forced to walk in the road and almost got knocked over by a car coming down the hill unable to stop in time. The cyclist here is forced to stop going uphill and had difficulty restarting safely. This area needs bollards or CCTV. Warden enforcement is not working and it is getting worse, soon someone will be injured if no action is taken.
