The drain is blocked as are the others up withyditch lane.

The drains are blocked along withyditch Lane. As a result the rain water is flooding my drive. I would like a site visit with the highways department to discuss what can be done with regards to the prevention of road water continually washing my drive way. There is a drain further up the lane, by the kissing gate, which is too high so fails to catch the water. Please can they be cleared.
