On the pedestrian flyover in Welton, the bars to the left of the bridge (if you are heading west towards Tesco) have been removed and there’s a gap.

The metal railings creating a barrier to block off the drop off the pedestrian bridge have been removed. They are still intact on the right hand side (if travelling west) and I have included a photo of the barrier that does remain, as well as the barrier that has been removed / vandalised. I own a nursery school locally and this has come up on our risk assessment. Something needs to be done immediately to close off this child sized gap which could lead to fatalities, especially for children.
