Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category by Delyth Morris at 21:43, Tue 19 September 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5011670.
On the corner of junction at Bath Road leading to Huddox Hill, Peasedown St John, BA2 8DY. The original pavement has been reduced due to the boundary of 1 Bath Road extending on to pavement minimising the area in which pedestrians can walk. Some years ago, a bench existed on the corner for the elderly to sit but this has been lost due to the vegatative overgrowth from the garden of 1 Bath Road. This is a problem that has existed for some time, but as the house is now empty under new ownership can the Council please reclaim parts of the pavement back for local people.
