Wall at risk of crumbling on Grand Parade

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5014342.

A buddleia is growing in the wall opposite the guildhall market, and the roots are growing through the masonry. It looks at risk of crumbling should somebody lean on it, and needs to be fenced off to protect the public from falling in the water.
