Branch blocking pavement crossing.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5014510.

This large amount of branches were cut from the nearby tree and just dumped on the pavement, the pavement part that crosses the grass verge. Situated outside of 189/191 Haycombe Drive. Been there a few months now and reported many times.
