Flooding in road leading to flooding of pavement..again!!
Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 17:05, Wednesday 20 September 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5014764.
The us an ongoing problem that the council fail to fix even though reported then informed ‘resolved’, it clearly isn’t! The public drain in the gutter of the road is higher than the two dropped curbs that run outside of no 6 and Hortum House. Every time there is heavy or constant rain, it floods these areas and makes it a hazard to use the public pavement and to access properties. The only clear path around the flooded area take pedestrians into the main busy road. No works has been carried out here apart from the odd drain clearing but that is not the problem.
