Blocked Drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5016272.

Blocked drain outside No.21 St Marks Road. Reported to highways last week having been reported more than a year ago as an issue. Still not resolved and now water over the pavement. Requires unblocking asap.
