Wire cut at the border with Windsor Villas driveway and Kelson Field

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5020838.

There is hole in the wire/ fance betweeen the park and the driveway and many dangrous people come thorugh to that. Please fix it
