Hire bikes blocking pavement parked outside Selbourne Close flats

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5023925.

When parked in the place they were put presumably with council blessing the parked bikes take up virtually the whole pavement thus not allowing anyone to cross the road at that point ( last week there was a van parked by the crossing point opposite obstructing the other side). Now even more badly parked bikes are taking up the whole pavement. The problem has been there since There were scooters previously which were not so large and took up less pavement space.
