Tree is growing from pavement in to property of 46

A tree on the pavement is growing into the hedge owned by number 46, this means they can't trim the hedge back without this being trimmed. Seems in danger of falling.

  • Thank you for your report. The tree was inspected in 2022 and was found to be stable. A further inspection will be carried out to check it's stability. This street tree is at the same distance from adjacent front gardens and hedges as most other street trees so should not impede maintaining the adjacent garden hedge. We will keep your report updated throughout the process.
