Bikes and scooters moved from previous place in st Kildas rd and placed on the opposite side of road obstructing the pavement even more and dangerous for pedestrians having to walk in the road on a busy junction. There is is sign now on the building where the bikes and scooters were left previously saying ‘Private property no parking for bikes and scooters’ Isn’t this a public footpath?

Tier bikes don't care about the chaos their users cause.
