Steps destroyed at bottom
Reported via desktop in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In the countryside category anonymously at 19:06, Sun 1 October 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 months, 2 weeks, 3 days, 17 hours, 21 minutes later. Council ref: 5050462.
I have today walked down into Horsecombe Vale on the public footpath from Beechwood Road and the bottom of the steps are still destroyed at the bottom and the kissing gate is some distance away from its original position. The footpath is still littered with cut tree trunks at the bottom of the steps. A disgraceful state for a public footpath and dangerous to anyone walking down the steps. It has been like this for a long time. When will the steps be repaired safely?
