The road is blocked in slate lane by industrial looking rubbish

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5093816.

I have just driven down slate lane towards Compton Dando and the road is half blocked with what looks like industrial rubbish. I don't know if it's dangerous but it's a hazard to Road users
