Drive on Lynbrook Lane is full of water due to poor drainage

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 15:38, Fri 13 October 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5094802.

Lynden house drive is full of water. Water is running down the lane from Entry Hill and is inches deep, streaming down the drive. Means that resident cannot leave property and access car. The drains might be blocked on Entry Hill, can someone take a look? This is always a problem when there is heavy rain but usually by the time an inspector comes out it has dried up.
