I do not know who is responsible for the construction of the round-about at this location. But the route cars have to take around to completed section if very poor considering the length of time taken to complete this project I actually think it will have to be dug up and done properly- I'm astounded why it should take months (i think a single person is working on it, when it was not needed in the first place, traffic light access would be a lot more efficient option in terms of access (to what ever). Given B&Es are putting in 20mph for safety and environmental issues across the patch. I do not see how having 20-30 cars queuing at these lights is helping at all - this work has been going on for months - it could have been done in two weeks....
Can someone speak with the contractor and tell then to get on with it
