Storm water pipe from North Road to the river blocked

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 00:22, Mon 16 October 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5100334.

Three road drains by the entrance to Welton Rovers football field, the pipe from them runs the length of my garden to the river by the Old Welton Bag factory. Almost to the bottom of my garden the neighbours boundary wall has collapsed into my garden revealing your storm drain pipe which is blocked, resulting in my garden getting flooded severely to over a foot deep. Please could you contact me for a site meeting to explain all.

  • With the weather forecast for the following weeks there is a chance the water trapped in the bottom of my garden will push over the other longer wall as well.
