Weeds and Fallen Leaves on Chaucer Road

"The whole length of Chaucer Road needs to be cleared of weeds / fallen leaves etc (and the surrounding roads). His wife uses the bus and there are leaves on the pavements from last year which haven’t been swept up. The last time Mr Payne saw a street cleaner was about 10 years ago. The storm drains haven’t been cleared since Mark Shelford was the local councillor. This results in a flood of water when it rains heavily."
