Concerning retaining wall near 18 Bathford Hill

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5136014.

(...)It is now one and a half years since I first reported my concerns regarding the state of the Council’s retaining wall and safety fence outside our property and no-one has been in touch with me about it since your last email. (...)Nor, as far as I am aware, has anyone even been out to make an inspection, let alone take any action to repair the defects. The condition of the wall and fence is continuing to deteriorate.
