Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5149198.
Blocked drain outside number 21 causing water to divert down my steep drive [number 23] and caused flooding in my hall on the afternoon Saturday 28th October. This side of the road is never swept because cars are parked here long term as there are no restrictions.

Dear Sirs, I am worried that a storm is coming onWednesday night and this drain is still blocked. The houses on the south side of Cleveland Walk have steep drives and water is prone to flood our drives. The gutters are silted up due to never being swept , due to cars parked constantly on the road. If this is not done within the next 24 hours please may I have some sand bags ? I used some salt bags last time to stop the water through my front door but it was not entirely successful. Many thanks, Michael Wilson
