Stumps free cut down trees presenting obstacles

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 6 hours, 1 minute later. Council ref: 5165530.

I have noticed that roadside trees have been felled in the above locations. The remaining stumps are obstructing areas where pedestrians walk creating hazards which would be seriously dangerous for the poorly sighted and others. I hope that these stumps can be removed asap.

Given the beauty and benefits of trees I hope that these trees will be replaced please.
