Drain still blocked and other issues unresolved

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5184790.

I reported this issue 2 days ref 5181426. I’ve just received a notification that it has been resolved, but it hasn’t. Pictures above were taken after you said the drain had been cleared. As you can see the drain is still blocked. The leaves which covered the drain have merely been pushed to the side. None of the leaves from the upper portion of the road have been cleared so are likely to further block the drain. The slip hazard remains and the weeds pictured in the previous report are still blocking the pavement. Please ensure that the drain is actually unblocked and the leaves are removed.
