Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5194549.

Hole into underground drain very dangerous and could lead to further blockage of drains. I see this was first reported on 16th September Ref: 5000092 On the 2nd October you closed the log saying it had been fixed. I can assure you it has NOT been fixed.
