There are two drains on ham lane that are not allowing any water into them (clear on top but huge puddles over both) one covers the entire road a couple of inches deep. Currently dry weather so when it rains heavily it will be a flooding issue.

The drains stlll continue not to allow any water into them and one covers the entire road a couple of inches deep, which is causing issues for cyclists as well as walkers and runners. The drains appear to need to be cleared and dug out in order to function properly
