Safety mesh/net for tree work blocking the passage near n.5

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 days, 20 hours, 59 minutes later. Council ref: 5220782.

There have been some tree works up here and a mesh was put instead of a missing railing. It came down and it is blocking the steps/path leading to the park. Also the kids coming out from school are kicking it down every day. please have a look and fix it
