Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5222318.

Once again could you PLEASE tell me who is responsible , Banes have asked us to remove safety fencing. We are not responsible if anyone has an accident as it has become dangerous due to the constant flow of water. OVER 10 YEARS THIS ROAD HAS BEEN FLOODING .

  • This issue has been an issue for several years now. It affects pedestrians now when it is wet but more importantly is totally unacceptable in the winter when the road surface freezes and it is impossible to traverse and extremely dangerous.
