Cycle lane High Street kerbs

Reported via desktop in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 11:42, Sun 19 November 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5228851.

My wife has become the next victim of the dangerous kerbs in Keynsham High Street and I have to say I am more than annoyed! I have been looking through the previous complaints made and some of these complaints were made over a year ago, and nothing has been done. What will it take for BANES to rectify the issue, will someone have to die first before this issue is taken seriously? As you can see from the photos, my wife sustained quite a heavy fall. I would like to know when or if plans are in progress to change the arrangement of kerb stones?
