Hello The street light outside 14 Walcot parade has lost its amber cover/ refractor , so it has a harsh white light which comes into my house. Could you refit the proper cover please? Thanks Fergus

  • We understand that the lantern now on this column is a different style to others nearby and therefore does not have a bowl / cover.

    We are sorry you are experiencing issues with glare from the lantern and shall and make enquiries with the manufacturer and our engineer to see if there is a way to help with this

  • We can confirm that the manufacturer advise they have started looking into shield options for this lantern.

    It is a work in progress as these are a new lanterns they are having to design the shield from scratch. We hope they will be able to come back to us with some information soon.

  • We can confirm the shields to this lantern should be received shorty and we have instructed our contractors to attend and fit them as soon as they can.
