Tree recently planted on top of drain and there's concern about drainage issues - outside 33/35 Stratton Road

Tree recently planted on top of drain and there's concern about drainage issues - outside 33/35 Stratton Road

The drain is only visibly in very dry spells. One team must have been aware of this due to the pavement markings for proposal, but the tree hasn't been planted on these markings, but instead on the drain which is going to cause future issues as the tree grows and the roots get deeper. Please could you take a look to see if the tree could be relocated?
