Blocked drain at the south end of Blacksmith Lane
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5232341.
The drain on the right hand side of the road as you go up the lane is blocked and water is consequently flowing across the surface of the road. If the temperature drops this will create the risk of a sheet of ice across the road.
