Photo of this report Reported numerous times - this is now a serious fire hazard risk. Pallets are a hot spot for anti social behaviour with people sitting on the wooden pallets whilst drinking alcohol and smoking. The pallets are also obstructing the pavement for pedestrians which is also a hazard in itself. Please arrange for the pallets to be removed and the area monitored so that these do not reappear. Thanks
