Woodlands grove claverton down

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:23, Tuesday 21 November 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5235526.

This person parks there car all the time in front of the junction and on the bend. All the neighbours have had a lot of near head on crashes as it forces you to go on the wrong side of the road in front of a junction or round the corner into on coming traffic. They have a drive but they do it deliberately to apparently slow traffic down but it is actually extremely dangerous. I nearly had a head on with the recycling truck the other day as you just can't see when you go on to the wrong side of the road

  • Thank you for your report, Please don’t use this platform to report parking issues. Our Civil Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices for infringement of double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction it is a Police matter and should be reported via 101.

For any Parking enquiries please directly contact Parking@bathnes.gov.uk. Please be aware that whilst we value intelligence reports from the public we are typically unable to respond reactively to them; however, this information does however help us deploy our officers more effectively
