Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 6 minutes later. Council ref: 5244675.

Leaves in gutter & pavement. Slippy & dangerous to old people in 'The Moorings'. Drivers can't see road markings/neighbours complain leaves will cause blockages of drains further down the Mews. Problem reported a few weeks ago -- but locals not convinced a road sweep has been done recently.
