Loose sharp bend road sign on dangerous bend

Reported via mobile in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 20:43, Sun 26 November 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5253968.

Loose sharp bend road sign on dangerous bend which regularly gets blown out in high winds. The road sign poles have also been knocked in a previous crash and not straight. This is an extremely dangerous bend that has had several near fatal accidents over the years as people travel at it at high speed. Only a few weeks ago a car hit a van and a cyclist was very nearly killed. There are at least 4 major accidents every year. It is only a matter of time before some gets killed. Sadly it seems it is going to have to take a fatality before the council finally take notice.
