Missing fence

The issue lies along the footpath at the end of Pool Barton into the field at the end, near to the bypass. Work has been carried out on the bypass but the fencing has not been replaced. This is extremely dangerous as it runs adjacent with a footpath and there are no barriers to stop anyone or a dog running out onto the bypass.
