One of my neighbours keeps fly tipping her garden waste on a piece of land owned by B&NES and managed by CURO. Her name is Vanessa Ashton and she lives at number 34 Brooklyn Road, BA1 6TE. I also have a video of her leaving the scene of the crime but your system will not allow me to upload it, happy to send it by email. I have challenged her about this but she persists on fly tipping her garden waste and it's just building up and getting ridiculous now.
