Remove defunct advisory disabled parking bay

Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category by Katie Skinner at 13:06, Wed 29 November 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5264993.

Hi, I can't find where else to request this so I figured this was the closest I could get.

I have recently moved out of number 3 Burnham Road (BA2 3RY) and as such no longer need the advisory disabled bay that is outside on the road. The road is often overcrowded and it seems a shame for part of it not to be used

  • Disabled space is still marked and for a whole month now no car can park there, so always empty. It’s an overcrowded road and would make a huge difference to have an extra space.

  • Can the council please give us an update on this parking space? It’s been months now and nothing changed. Still marked as disabled and I’d be keen to know if it can be used as a normal space.
