Cyclists on footpath

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5269899.

A number of times cyclists have speeded down this footpath, in an area that is often used by children and elderly people. If you ask them to slow down, they are often rude. I'm concerned about being hit by a cyclist as it has almost happened before.
