Drainage remains blocked

Drainage repeatedly blocks up. The contractor works yesterday did not fix the problem. Today the road and footpath is flooded again. It’s causing a traffic hazard and danger to pedestrians who are being forced to walk in the road. Please properly investigate to determine a permanent solution. The old drain just behind the golf course railings is blocked and water is backing up and appears part of the problem
