Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5293743.

YOU HAVE JUST SIGNED OF NEARLY A DOZEN OF MY FIX MY STREETS AS OUTSTANDING OLD BUT FIXED. NONE OF THEM HAVE. WHY DID YOU NOT CHECK???????? WHAT WAS THE POINT OF REPORTING ALL THESE WHEN AFTER WAITING 6 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING FIXED YOU CLEANSE THE SYSTEM OF THEM. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS PLEASE EXPLAIN
