Cycle lane outside Mr.D's takeaway

Delivery motorbikes regularly use the cycle lane as a parking bay, causing cyclists to have to attempt a manoeuvre outside of the lane into the road. The cycle lane humps and bollards make this dangerous to attempt and car and bus drivers do not expect cyclists to emerge from the cycle lane. This is an ongoing, daily occurrence that has been happning since the cycle lanes were constructed.
