Young Oak Tree on Beacon Common

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5333087.

A young Oak Tree was planted on Beacon Common about 12 months ago. (next to Beacon Road in Lansdown). It died last summer the person responsible for trees in the Parks Dept said it would be replaced this winter. Is this still happening because it is looking very sad and either needs replaced or removed. Can you update me please.
