A Grit Bin is Required for Twinhoe Lane

There is black ice on the road up the hill and outside Link Hill. There is no Grit Bin, however, if one were provided, I'd be happy to maintain this road to avoid damage to the property and a slip hazard for vehicles, walkers and horses.
