Street light M622 not working nl

Street light M622 between the top of Tyning Hill and Lower Whitelands in Radstock has not been lit for around two weeks. I have reported this problem several times over the last few months. Each time it has been repaired it works for a while then fails again. Could a lasting repair be possible this time, please?
