Outside property 76 Wesley Avenue Disabled parking space

It’s has come to the attention that this disabled space may, or may not be used by the correct persons. Originally believed to be used as such for the elderly residence whom lived adjacent to the disabled space so she may have accessed the parking easily. Since she has passed the space is no longer needed. I am not privy to the personal details of which the disabled space was allocated to, however it would be most helpful to check that this space is indeed still allocated to such persons address. Since we have not seen such person who fits the criteria move into the same address; we have notice residence who will park in the disabled bay parking and walk to neighbouring streets where is would not have been allocated to the resident property. Saving confusion and possible debate for the public that is is for generic disabled parking access or it is for specific reserved access. This matter is of concern as there is Albert little parking on the road and at time’s extremely limited during holidays. Any help in looking into the matter it upmost appreciated.
