Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5480764.

This pot holes old and is getting bigger, last year you resurfaced the Main Street in the village but stopped short of this lane. I reported the leaves collection and they caused many people to slip and fall in wet condition and it has not been cleared. This lane need urgent cleaning and resurfacing please.
