Wall crumbling down from n.1 Belle Vue

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5490741.

The 6ft retaining wall is crumbling down and the pieces all falling over the one way road/track in Bellevue. n.25 have the same problem and they are fixing it but n.1 belle vue doesn't seem to have taken any actions and the wall in in very poor condition
