Delivery drivers mounting pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5525337.

There is an issue with delivery drivers pulling up onto the curb expecting pedestrians to get out the way for them. Or forcing pedestrians out the way by not stopping. This has been a problem for months.
