Egregious parking and no MOT on Summerfield Road

This car has been parked for several days now, close to a blind bend, and half blocking the only pavement on this bit of Summerfield Road which many children and parents with buggies use to get to the nearby school. Dangerous and selfish. If you can do anything to move them on then please do. Thank you.
