Internally blocked drains causing highway to be flooded
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5557500.
Two drains blocked internally (no leaves etc on the surface of the drain cover).
This is causing the road to be flooded by 10 - 20 cm of water and run off is flowing into adjacent properties and potentially flooding Wessex Water pumping station.
